In this event you will learn about how to handle a change negotiation before, during and after.

You will gather information on important documents and negotiation proposals as well as the duties and rights of the shop steward in these challenging times.

We will catch up on new shop steward position and work on campaigning tools and membership recruitment.

Lunch is provided by PAM for all participants. No compensation for loss of earnings.
