This course will help you understand how PAM works, explore roles like union representatives (luottamusmies), and learn how to drive change where you work. You will also learn about workers' rights and safety as well as about PAM networks and how we can make a difference together at PAM.

The training is free for PAM members. We expect a commitment for all training periods. The training is held in English.
