PAM’s organisational director Risto Kallionrinne comes to meet us also at the event!

This training gives employee representatives a clear overview of the key legal reforms introduced in recent years.

It covers among others changes to the right to strike, fixed-term employment and dismissal on personal grounds.

Legal reforms can create uncertainty at work, so this training aims to provide practical guidance. 

Participants will learn to identify how the reforms affect everyday situations at their workplaces. They will also gain practical ways to take action, support the employees they represent and stand up for their rights under the new laws.
