Luottamusmiesten ja työsuojeluvaltuutettujen perehdytyspäivässä tutustutaan uuteen luottamustehtävään. 

Perehdytyksen aikana käsitellään luottamushenkilön tehtäviä, oikeuksia ja roolia työpaikalla. Lisäksi tutustutaan ammattiyhdistysliikkeeseen sekä PAMin jäsenyyteen ja toimintaan. Koulutuksessa opitaan, miten omaa osaamista voi kehittää luottamustehtävässä.

During the orientation day for shop stewards and occupational safety representatives, participants will become familiar with their new role.

The orientation will cover the duties, rights, and role of a representative in the workplace. In addition, participants will learn about the trade union movement as well as PAM membership and activities. The training also provides guidance on how to develop your own skills in the role of a representative.

The orientation day is intended for newly appointed shop stewards and occupational safety representatives in the Pirkanmaa region.
